Communications Archive

CEDAR’s Communications Archive is a secure central repository for storage, tracking and access to Customer Information, Documents, Delivery Data, and Transaction Tracking. All documents and transactions processed by CEDAR for all delivery channels (print and/or electronic) are accessible by the enterprise via CEDAR’s Customer Servicing Portal, or via SSO from your existing servicing solution – ultimately giving you access to ALL communications with an individual customer. And, your customers have direct access to archived communications via a Customer Self-Servicing Portal (Web or Mobile).

Customer Information Archive – Tracks and provides access to customer contact and preference information such as:

  • User Contact Information
  • Customer Accounts/Subaccount Information
  • Delivery Channel Preference by Document/Communications Type

Document Archive – Stores and provides both Customer and Customer Service Representative access to:

  • Statements, Invoices and/or Bills
  • Core System, Ad Hoc and On-Demand Letters
  • Inserts, Attachments and Forms
  • Scanned Documents
  • Cross Reference Data

Delivery Archive – Stores multi-channel document delivery data for enterprise access:

  • Email, Portal and SMS views
  • Fax, Print and Mail Deliveries
  • Date, Time, Status and Failure Codes
  • Replies, Resends and Responses

Transaction Archive – Stores all transactions processed by CEDAR for all delivery channels including:

  • Type and Details (e.g. Payments, Enrollments, Offer fulfillment, etc.)
  • CSR (on behalf of) logs/transactions
  • Date, Time and Status Codes
  • Source IP, Device, OS, Versions
