CEDAR’s Document & Transaction Archiving provides storage of and access to composed documents and document-related transaction information including both delivery records and details about transactions initiated from a document. Documents and transaction details are accessible via a web-based interface, branded for each client. The archive stores all outbound customer statements, letters, notices, and related documents composed with CEDAR’s document process engine regardless of the delivery method (print or electronic), serving as a single customer correspondence repository. The web-based interface provides our clients with the capability to access document transaction information and redeliver any document by e-mail or print. Users will be able to search on a wide range of document attributes and content (e.g. statement date, account number, etc.) which are all typical advantages over our client’s current systems. The archive includes the following features

  • Integration with your customer support systems and servicing platforms
  • Document Servicing Archive
  • Single Sign On Integration (SSO)
  • Recipient User Profile Management
  • Identity Management
  • Group or hierarchy access rights
  • Access rights enforcement
  • E-mail, fax, or print re-presentment
  • Electronic delivery cross-reference
  • Electronic transaction cross-reference
  • Document delivery approval manager
