Client Services Representative

Rapidly growing Internet managed services provider seeks experienced Client Support Representative to provide its clients with world-class service and support. Position is responsible for building effective relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring service quality and delivery requirements are met, and managing ongoing service change requests for the company’s service offerings.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary daily contact with clients to manage ongoing relationships in order to ensure complete client satisfaction with services
  • Manage changes to existing services by documenting requirements, working with internal teams, and confirming that client requirements are met when changes are implemented
  • Interface with Project Office, IT Operations, and Development as needed.

Skills
  • Three years of experience supporting business clients with eCommerce and/or mission-critical Internet-based services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented work ethic, and superb problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in document processing, print and mail, and/or EBPP
  • Experience supporting clients in the Healthcare, Financial Services, or Insurance industries
  • Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar education or training
  • Project Management experience

Education
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Practical knowledge of information processing and related services
  • Less than 10% travel may be required with limited overnight stays
