location including call center letters through our Rapid Letters Solution.
- Response Management and Self-Service - all electronic communications are embedded with Automated Response
Transaction (ART) functionality that allows the recipient to execute transactions, specific to the communication. Similarly, we
create companion documents to execute the same transaction when the outbound communication is a printed document.
