Application Analyst

Rapidly growing online managed services provider seeks an Application Analyst. Position will be responsible for configuration of proprietary & third party software products to provide high volume document creation, archive and delivery services to clients.


Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and analysis of complex workflow/business requirements in order to design, configure, test and implement complete and efficient workflow solutions;
  • Issue resolution and workflow maintenance;
  • Participation in release management, system configuration, and QA testing for application changes;

Skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in application management;
  • Ability to work independently, with very minimal management, and drive tasks to completion;
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills;
  • Interpreting written requirements and applying sound practices to configure, operate, monitor & manage complex system workflows;
  • Conscientious attention to detail with strong personal accountability for results.
  • Unix shell scripting experience;

Preferred Skills
  • Linux system administration experience;
  • Perl scripting experience;
  • SQL scripting experience;
  • Electronic document composition applications (Dialogue, Streamweaver, DocOne, etc.).
  • Workflow and Document Management applications.

Education
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
