Application Analyst
Rapidly growing online managed services provider seeks an Application Analyst. Position will be responsible for configuration of proprietary & third party software products to provide high volume document creation, archive and delivery services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Interpretation and analysis of complex workflow/business requirements in order to design, configure, test and implement complete and efficient workflow solutions;
- Issue resolution and workflow maintenance;
- Participation in release management, system configuration, and QA testing for application changes;
Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in application management;
- Ability to work independently, with very minimal management, and drive tasks to completion;
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills;
- Interpreting written requirements and applying sound practices to configure, operate, monitor & manage complex system workflows;
- Conscientious attention to detail with strong personal accountability for results.
- Unix shell scripting experience;
Preferred Skills
- Linux system administration experience;
- Perl scripting experience;
- SQL scripting experience;
- Electronic document composition applications (Dialogue, Streamweaver, DocOne, etc.).
- Workflow and Document Management applications.
Education
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
