
Mr. Kenning began his relationship with CEDAR in 1996 as one of the company’s early stage investors and board members. He was appointed president in 2001 and was made chief executive officer in 2004. Mr. Kenning was the primary driver in CEDAR’s successful conversion in 2000 from an enterprise software provider to a managed services company, and has established many of the company’s current business practices. Mr. Kenning leads the company’s sales and marketing departments and developed many of the company’s key account relationships.
Prior to joining CEDAR full-time, Mr. Kenning was a partner in JansKen Group, Inc., a strategic planning and finance consulting firm specializing in software, technology, service and Internet businesses. Mr. Kenning began his career as a Wall Street stock broker and worked for a number of NYSE members in financial services before forming JansKen Group. Mr. Kenning earned a B.A. in social sciences from the University of South Florida.
