Mr. Presley was hired in 1999 to manage all of CEDAR’s financial operations. His responsibilities also include administration, treasury, human resources and legal affairs. Mr. Presley has more than 20 years of experience in financial planning, accounting and budgeting with both large corporations and small technology startups.

Before joining CEDAR, Mr. Presley was director of acounting for a startup public communications company where he established their accounting systems, set up all financial policies and procedures and assisted in writing a private placement memorandum. Previously, Mr. Presley worked for Equifax for more than 13 years, serving in a number of positions including manager of budgets and financial planning and director of accounts payable. Mr. Presley earned his B.A. in accounting from the University of New Orleans.
