Please join us at the CEB TowerGroup 2012 Financial Services Conference for a thought provoking panel entitled

"Moving Beyond the Transaction: Harnessing Technology Investments to Deliver Improved Customer Interactions"

CEB TowerGroup 2012 Financial Services Conference

Westin Copley Place | 10 Huntington Ave. | Boston MA 02116

Tuesday, May 24, 2012 | 8:30 - 9:30am

As Financial Services companies invest in systems to improve internal efficiencies and enable consistent transactions across platforms, they often fail to include customer-facing content management and multi-channel communication in their plans. By failing to integrate these key service elements, FSI are falling short of their technology investments’ ability to use enterprise data and content to deliver highly personalized communications and interactions in support of new value added services, operational efficiencies, and regulatory compliance.

This panel will examine the possibilities for harnessing enterprise content and data resources to deliver a differentiated customer experience in both product offerings and service interactions.

Panelists will include:

    • Dr. Rikard Bandebo, First Data
    • Mark LaPenta, MetLife
    • Randy Beals, Consultant and Thought-leader for Enterprise Communications
    • Pete Kenning, CEDAR Document Technologies

Uncertainty is a common underlying theme for insurers in 2012. Global economic and regulatory pressures are mounting and morphing. Just when it feels that insurance management has gotten their hands around consumer and distributor issues, the playing field shifts. Data concerns and data opportunities abound, but many insurers still struggle with determining what initiatives will generate the most return on time and capital investment.

Growth will remain elusive in 2012, but strategies exist that can strengthen customer and distributor loyalty. At the heart of these strategies are communications and personal choices for sales and service. Is your organization strategically aligned to compete with insurers that already understand how to make this happen?

Webinar presenters Karen Pauli (TowerGroup) and Lee Nagel (CEDAR) will answer the following questions:

    • What business drivers are shaping the insurance industry in 2012?
    • How can insurers architect business strategies to deal with growing complexity in the insurance business?
    • What technology initiatives must insurers have in place for successful business outcomes in 2012 and beyond?

This event promises:

  • Expert outlook on the business drivers and leading strategic initiatives to manage insurance complexity amid continuing economic duress.
  • A view of the strategic technology initiatives matching data to consumer and distributor demands that will generate innovative, sustainable results.
  • Technology tools for communications that will drive customer loyalty-based growth.
