CEDAR Rapid Letters integrates on-demand documents into the same workflows with core system documents resulting in an integrated approach to all document communication regardless of source. Using Rapid Letters, customer service representatives can easily access the data they need to respond to customer queries immediately with fully personalized, secure documents -- sometimes even while the caller is still on the line.
Rapid Letters’ Letter Builder Module enable on-demand print and electronic letter creation and management for call and collection center representatives and other internal users.
Users can view template details, display a metadata list, add or remove certain data elements, specify content for each element, edit parameters for each element (modify labels and indicate whether or not an element is to be editable in Letter Sender), and save the template for review.
The user sees a confirmation screen prior to submission and activation of any new template or changes to existing templates.
Letter Sender provides a suite of capabilities to facilitate delivery of customer communications. Users can search for existing accounts by entering information such as account number or loan number and view and select the correct recipient of the letter.
Users can select a letter type, edit final document content- based on the specifics of the customer call/issue- and then select a delivery method based on customer preference.. A confirmation screen for review prior to delivery of the document helps ensure accuracy.
To maximize resources and increase efficiency, all letters, whether print or electronic, are produced and delivered through the production services in place for all core system documents. Documents are tracked via an individual confirmation number generated for each document submitted for delivery and stored in the document archive
